2ww symptoms

Hi everyone

I am currently 4dpt with 2 5day blast embies . I think im trying to look out for symptoms but I’m not sure if I am suppose To be having any yet or what they should be. I’ve had a headache since last night and I still have it this morning. Apart from that possibly a few little twinges and a little bit of lower back pain but I do know that could be from the meds.

My transfer was awful. I find smear test really uncomfortable anyway so I wasn’t surprised that this was really uncomfortable as well. Something that I thought would take only five minutes took about 15 to 20 minutes. Which isn’t that bad but I think I was really quite shocked at how upset I was Whilst it was happening.

I’m think I’m just asking if there’s anyone on here that knows of what I should be looking out for if I should be experiencing anything right now because I think I’m slowly driving myself crazy.

( just a side note :- I have an eight year old who I conceive naturally but I didn’t realise I was pregnant until I was six weeks gone )

Its really hard to know whether this has worked or not! Some ladies get some symptoms and signs of implatation and others get none! I would say that I didnt have much differences between my negative cycles and my postive one....sadly we lost the baby but symptoms can vary from person to person and you just really never know if its worked until test day! Thank you so much for sharing. I’m so sorry to hear that. It’s never easy is it?. I think because my son contracted sepsis after birth (which means he is serverly disabled) has got me even more anxious. I really do appreciate your message. Sending you heaps of virtual hugs xx

Thank you! Dont worry, what you are feeling is completely normal for us ladies on here, we're only anxious as we want it so bad and of course your anxiety will be related to your previous difficulties too. Hang on in there!xx

I’m currently 8dp5dt of 2 embies and my symptoms have been very come and go. I had a few light cramps initially for 2-3 days and then nothing much for several days. Then 6 days later I had spotting when I wiped for a day and a half and awful period like cramps and backache. Now on day 8 and not feeling anything much. My main symptom all the way through is bloating but that can just be the meds. I had given up when the spotting started but tested early today expecting bfn but got a BFP. My symptoms this time were very different to my fresh cycle so I think it’s hard to go off them really but just try to stay positive until test day. Wishing u lots of luck xx

Thank you for your reply. Congratulations ! I’m so happy for you. I’m so glad it all went well for you. Really interesting to hear your symptoms. Today is 5dp5dt for me and today I feel like I’m getting the symptoms of when my period would start (slight cramping , bloated, ) . Really hope that isn’t the case 🤞🏼

Try not to symptom spot (ha!) You'll drive yourself crazy and there's really no way of knowing until you test. I hope the rest of the wait doesn't drag on too much and best of luck for a BFP at the end of it xxx

Thank you . Yes I am trying but it does seem a lot easier in theory. Fingers crossed everything leads to a BFP XXX
