I have never experienced anything like this... I don't know what to do with myself π
We were told after collection that my ovaries were very inflamed and given blood thinning injections, but was still warned I was at risk of OHSS because of the number and being a prime candidate (26 and polycystic ovaries) How naive was I to think it would go smoothly now after all the trouble thrown at us since the start (dislocated elbow, back sprain and an allergic reaction all within 10 days lolπ)
Sorry if it's graphic but my bum has hardly left the toilet seat, and discomfort is through the roof. Fortunately I am drinking a lot and still passing urine as they said that along with shortness of breath are warning signs, but I'm still feeling poop! (*que the violins π»*) I'm off work so spending my days in bed, but Jesus it's driving me bonkers- I don't think I can possibly watch anymore tv or read much more π³
Basically I'm having one big moan and throwing a pity party βΉοΈ

Hi Kjones3. Moan away! You're obviously are very uncomfortable, but the fact that you have ? diarrhoea too, you really need to keep up with the water intake. You already have been warned about urine output depleting and breathlessness. If you need any pain relief, then stick to paracetamol, unless another drug has been prescribed. No anti inflammatories such as ibuprofen. Obviously rest when you can, but your poorly back needs movement too! You poor little chicken! I do hope that you soon get some relief from all this poorliness. Sending you gentle hugs. Diane
Thankyou Diane, it is very much appreciated! I've been proscribed Cocodomol so keeping myself topped up. Fingers crossed it'll pass soon and everything will be okay for transfer Monday π€πΌ
Sorry you're feeling so rough. It's absolutely fair enough to moan and rant. I'm having a pity party myself today at home. I think after all we've been through it's ok to indulge a little. Take care Hun and hope you feel better soon. x
