Hot flushes well I wouldn't be able to tell you I've been sweating my tits off at work at an exhibition abroad for the last 4 days!

Welcome break from stressing about this process I must admit but I'm ready for some cold weather back in UK now!!

Ha ha! I was working in an office yesterday with no air con, no fan or no window. At the moment sweat trickled between my boobs I went home and literally ripped my dress off! 😂 x

31 degrees for us yesterday. It's horrible. Feeling much nicer today even if it is a bit grey xx
