Dumb Ass

So I've been down regging since Friday and by accident only done my nasal spray 2 times a day rather than 3 I read the instructions wrong.

Luckily I just continue now at the 3 days so no significant harm done hopefully by under medicating! Opps just too much to think about hey!

Hubby is under strict instructions now to check and double check all my drugs lol 😂

Hi RachG15. Oh dear, but these mistakes can happen quite easily. However, try not to worry, because your scan will give them the correct information about your down regulation, and if not right, you may have to continue for a few extra days. Good luck with the rest of the cycle. Diane
