Waiting to start FET HELP

My Af was due two days ago, I'm meant to start taking prognova the cycle day 1 so eagerly anticipating my period ! However I started spotting very lightly yesterday but still no sign of proper af do I start the prognova or wait till my Af is properly here ? My clinic is shut over bank holiday so I can't contact them !

Hello,

For me I had to wait until the bleeding was heavier. So I called clinic day 1 of period and they started me on progynova on day 3 (bleeding was heavier by then).

Your clinic may be different so hopefully you can find someone with more helpful information than me! If your to start day 1 then I personally would assume that spotting is classed as day 1 of your cycle but I could be wrong xxx

I know it's so frustrating ' worst thing is I'm usually like clock work but we had a failed ICSI in April I still thing my body is abit confused ! They told me to start CD1 but spotting is so light it's barely there ! I may wait another 24 hours to see if it arrives properly ! Thank you xxxx

According to google they class cycle day 1 is the first day you have heavy flow so I think it's a good idea that you wait until it's heavier 🙂 Good luck with your FET xxx
