Never ever thought id be a mum but aft 20 years of trying 10 rounds of ivf and £57k later. Im happy to say my dream as come true. Im still scared as anything could happen i live each day as it comes im just grateful to be this far. Ive never been this far b4. Dont ever give up on your dream. Meet coco my beautiful baby girl.

Thanks for sharing Vonny. I am have had 4 failed transfers w my own eggs and now in 2ww with donor egg embryos, but sadly not good quality and nothing in freezer. After all the time, exhaustion and huge expense I don't know if I can go on, with either more DE or with adoption if this cycle fails. I an 44. I feel so sad and disappointed.. while trying to keep positive through the horrible horrible 2ww for the chance we have. It has hit me much worse this time, I am just so devastated by the poor result of our DE cycle... and the 'why me's' and despair and feeling I can't pick myself up again after this keep creeping in.

So , not sure what I will personally do, but thank you for sharing your good news today, and how you have kept going. Praying for a safe pregnancy and delivery xx
