After finding out we were expecting in July 2018 we have now only 7 weeks (approx) to meet our little one. Itβs been the best journey I have ever had. Itβs been tough, tiring, and a roller coaster but totally worth it now knowing weβre in sinnle digits to meet our baby boy. I Want to give everyone good luck and best wishes on their journey and hope you get your little bundle very soon!
Due to my Gestational Diabetes diagnosis I will be told in 3.5 weeks what labour Iβll be having, Iβm praying for a natural birth and the gas and air will suffice for pain relief.

I found out when I was having my little boy after my 36 week growth scan too π. Lol I too was like I want him in my arms now haha but trust me when I say enjoy the sleep these next few weeks π. Honestly though when you hold him that first time it will be the best feeling ever xx
Best of luck. I'm due 5th April but will be induced at 38 weeks due to my age and the fact its IVF. I'm also hoping for a natural birth but I guess I will just have to wait and see.
Starting to feel uncomfortable and its hot right now here in New Zealand so I'm ready to meet her right now.
Wow, that's come in so quick. Over here the start point is to recommend induction at 38 weeks for us geriatric IVF mothers to be, however we can refuse and actually they are becoming more sensible about simply checking, and if all well, allowing the pregnancy to continue naturally x
They originally said 37 weeks at my first consultant appointment but I'd just had a big bleed at 7 weeks so I think they thought I would have a problem pregnancy. I'm now booked for 38+6 They are now doing weekly CTG's after reduced movements 2 weeks ago and I've had monthly scans all the way along. I'm quite happy with the careful monitoring. I was offered an elective section by my midwife last week but I said no.
Glad to hear all is well. Our EDD is 01/04/19 but because of ivf and lupus they're inducing me at 38/39 weeks so she'll be here before the end of March. I've also had lots of growth scans and been told i'm a higher risk of pre eclampsia and still birth. Hoping we all have an easy birth and labour xx
