Good morning lovely people! We have a Son (I'm blessed!) Who's 4.5 & had a miscarriage 2.5 years ago, we had no trouble conceiving both times but since the miscarriage we've had nothing. So I've not been on for a while since our self funded failed icsi last July. Things has changed since then in regards to our unexplained Male infertility. My husband had a low count when we had the treatment, and he re tested around November time which came back saying 0 sperm present! So he went from some to none in 4 months. The doctor said it's unusual of a man his age to get a drastic drop that quickly. He's has scans done too. We have not had any answers except that they suspect a blockage, but they won't do any more testing on the NHS & we will have to go back to our clinic. Has anyone else been in a similar position? Do you know if an operation can be done to confirm if it is a blockage or will it be straight to isci again?
Sorry for waffling on! Here's wishing baby dust to you all xxx

They will probably do icsi. If it's a correctable blockage, you can go the corrective route. With a 0 count, they'll have to surgically remove the sperm... at least that's what we did!
Hiya filmgirl, thanks for your reply. How do they discover if it's a correctable blockage? He wasn't told either way or if that's definitely what the problem is.
