Lots of fluid I would say, I've been drinking around 3 litres a day and if your at risk they will get you to monitor your urine output over a few days too , I've also spent the past few days out and about walking a bit dunno if it's help but they seem to think Im going ok ️xx

Drink 3 or more litres of water a day and eat protein. And do some gentle exercise (I walked around the block each day and strolled around my flat)

After my egg collection I drank loads of smart water, sports drinks, high protein diet. I had 29 eggs collected and managed to stay clear of ohss! Good luck x

I wrote a post on this a couple of weeks back, feel free to check my profile. My main recommendation, coconut water.

Hope it goes well x

I agree with the coconut water. Try to have at least some isotonic drinks instead of just water. Coconut water is the only natural/healthy one I can think of but some sports drinks have the same properties.
