Nervous/anxious first appointment

Hello all I,

My first appointment day is finally here. I've been looking forward to this for a while but I'm now really anxious and nervous.

Does anybody have any questions they first asked? My mind has gone totally blank.

My appointment in just under one hour xx

Hi Chelsey, I just wanted to wish you all the best for the appointment.

At our first appointment it was a lot of questions on our history with blood tests scheduled and then a follow up appointment for the results.

I asked about next steps & timelines and whether there was anything I should be doing differently in the meantime (nutrition wise mainly). It was the follow up appointment where we had more questions once we had the results of the tests.

Hello Lauren,

It was just a chat with the consultant where he asked both my partner and I questions. He's been my consultant for the past four years. We had blood tests and then discussed what would happen and what we needed to do next.
