I count mine from day of the inections but I guess some may count from day of first consultation,

I'm hoping to start my cycle in April,

I count from when you get your natural last period before you start taking first lot of tablets (like contraception pills) which regulates your cycle. I was on short protocol. Good luck xx

I guess this depends on what the definition refers to. I think the first stages of your entire IVF journey would be first consultation, counselling and preparation, but first stages of IVF treatment would suppressing your menstrual cycle and stimulation (i.e. when you start taking any medication) xoxo
