New to this group and the journey, was wondering if you can advise (roughly) what IVF costs privately each time? I've heard different things. Thanks

It depends on how much medication you need and if you need ivf or icis most clinics offer free consultations or have cost calculators on their websites xx

Hi,

Roughly my clinic:

If you looking at IVf probably about 4K

ICSI, 5k

Not sure about meds, could be another £1k, depending how much you need.

We pay about £6500 for everything but have had icsi which is £1000 at our clinic on top of ivf and have been on highest dose meds, and meds alone cost me £2000. I think a lot of people pay 1/2 the meds price on the lower doses. Will depend what your situation is and what treatment they recommend xx

A lot of clinics have price lists, mine is 5600 plus meds which are 500-1600. You can get meds cheaper by going to places like Asda. There is also a site which offers either a refund package or multicycle package, they work with quite a few clinics all over uk, message me if you want the name x

Thanks for your replies everyone, that has given me a better idea of things. Hoping to get one go on the NHS but then will have to be private because of my age

It really varies quite a lot from clinic to clinic and from treatment to treatment. You can get a rough gauge from website price lists but they can be a little confusing

My clinic in U.K. It came to £5k but I was on natural cycle with not a lot of meds. My Greek clinic about £4.5k with a lot of meds

I'm in London and they charge app 3k + meds (1-1.5k) + any OH/DH related costs (I wouldn't know since I used a donor) + follow up scans after BFP £110 per time. Also there were some initial blood test to start with but I did most of them with my GB for free and STD screening at a local walk-in centre. They also have a 3 cycle offer and a sister clinic in Prague (reckon monitoring scans done in London but EC and ET done in Prague). If interested, send me a PM xoxo

IVF costs from 2500 Euro (with meds) at top Polish in vitro clinic in Gdansk. A clinic has high success rates and provides excellent care. From what I know you might expect similar prices at IVF clinics in Czech rep. Top overseas clinics publish their price lists on the web page, so you might compare prices. Hope this helps xx
