My 2WW Hell....

If I get a BFP on my test day next Sunday it will truly be a miracle....

On Wednesday I was taken into hospital and after tests and X-rays the consultants said I had a blood clot on my lung. With the Xray I was given a lead skirt to cover my little embryo and protect it, and I was let out of hospital in the evening with blood thinning injections (which apparently would be ok for the embryo too). I had thought Id seen the back of needles!

Back in again yesterday for a CT scan, and had to have some yucky medicine pumped into me. They said chances are slim of it harming the embryo so fingers crossed. Results where positive that blood clot was clear but I do have a partially collapsed lung and water on both. Been asked to go back on Monday to have an ultrasound as they want to check my ovaries for OHSS, incase that is the reason for the water on my lungs.

I have completely had enough feels like the world is against us for this cycle. I'm looking for some inspiration that others have had a bad time in their 2ww and still come out with a positive. My 5 day blastocyst was put back in last Sunday, and I really want to test now, but not sure that would bring me any solace testing early and seeing a BFN. x

Thank you for your messages. Had ultrasound today and they said my lining was looking nice and thick which has reassured me a little, resisting the urge to test but not long now. Xx
