an hour and half drive to the hospital for follow up from september to be told that i can stay ringing again from first day of period.
although they did say that my first cycle didnt go as planned as my body didnt stimulate to the low dose of injections so she wants to change the drug and double the dose. hopefully i dont get side effects again as last time i had headaches and sickness but hopefully this time they might be worth it.
im also hoping work will be more helpful and work with me through it this time. fingers crossed.
good luck everyone xx

hi kirst.. good news, congrats! you had a short protocol last time? if your treatment is different then you might expect different result, right? praying for your success hunny x
Hi kirst12. Jusdt wanted to wish you well with this, and good to hear that the protocol has been altered a bit. Fingers crossed the increase dose doesn't upset you too much, and yes, let's hope that "work" will be more accommodating"!. Good luck and will be thinking of you. Diane
hello just quick question. ive still not come back on yet to be able to ring. last time i had period start was 15th December. i normally only go max of 21 days from start of period to next one. and ive still not started again could this be because im waiting to ring hospital and for once wanting to come on. my friend told me to take a test so i wasnt thinking about it took one wednesday and negative which i thought would be due to needing the ivf. just wondering if when i have day off next week should i go to the gp.
Hi kirst12. I think I would be more inclined to speak to your clinic, as your GP will probably just refer you back to them. It could be that you may need something to "kick start" your period again, which although annoying can be sorted. Hope all soon gets under way again. Thinking of you. Diane
