Had a letter today saying that our appointment on the 18th Jan has been cancelled cos the consultant is on holiday this was booked in november. we are currently living in france for the winter and we have booked flights ,my partner has called up and complained they also said we need to attend another info session but we have attented them twice now
we did a frozen cycle last year with out last embryo but it failed so we are going for a full cycle again and finding out they cancelled on us is just so unprofessional and then they state as we are self funding the appointment can be changed at any point xx
