Help me!I m bleeding

Hi everyone!A started to take levonostrogen on my 3.day of the period@But after that..my bleeding is not stopping.So strong and it's came out a 4cm clotted bleed.yesterday befor it was bit smaller.I don't now what is it??I m so worried.I wrote for the hospitsl 3days ago.but that time they said it's normal.But now my period stronger and those pieces..Had anybody the same problema?thanks
