Starting my treatment

Hello everyone, so just phoned up with the first day of my period and start my injections tomorrow, I am excited but I am so scared, been over thinking about them so much and feel like I'm freaking out as i don't like needles x

I was the same you get used to it and become like a pin cushion just take a deep breath is your partner doing the injecting?

Hello Janer85! I haven't yet started my injections but I'm nervous already! I thinkk we should try and stay positive & have bright thoughts. I feel ok about needles, but I cant stand blood and hate injections themselves. Try to imagine the needle is something else, something pleasant and forget about the needle. If it's your hsbnd who is going to do them that might be less stressful for you, I'm not sure it would be easy fir him. anyway wish you lots of love! x

Hi. It's ok to be scared, we all were. I don't like injections, too, but i thought only about the reason I was doing it for...so, in my case it worked. I made injections on my own and it was a bit tough bt then i got into the way of doing it. Take it easy hun x

Thankyou all for your reply's. I'm at home tonight to do injections with my partner but the next 3 days I'm at work, just guna have to learn and do it. I've got my scan booked for next Wednesday.
