So sorry to read this. It is such a painful time. Take your time to grieve this loss. Focus on you and day by day it will get easier. It’s a long hard slog so be kind to yourself. One thing I did which someone suggested on here was to try to find one thing to be glad about each day. I used to think about it going to bed. It helped to make the nights less painful. Thinking of you and wishing you brighter days ahead. Xxx

Thank You so much for your lovely message. Strangely enough I actually do that. Every evening me husband and I discuss what we were grateful for that day. It does help to be more positive although at the moment I cant say im feeling very positive but I know I will feel alot better in a few days xxx thanks again xx
