Hi everyone

So I think I'm getting paranoid this is my third night of taking 0.25 buserelin and 450 gonal f and I don't think I have any side effects so I'm thinking what if it means my body isn't responding x

Don't panic Hun, I didn't get any side effects and nor did a couple of my other friends, the old side effect I got was tiredness and went off my food a bit, but everyone reacts differently xxx

Don't worry I didn't feel much until few days before EC and got 18 eggs x

Hi! Its been over a year since my round of IVF but from memory I didn't have any side effects either. I had a little bit of cramping after EC but that's normal as the procedure leaves your ovaries a wee bruised. I had plenty of eggs and one of those little eggs is upstairs sleeping! Wishing you the very best of luck 🍀

Well my minds a little more at ease now I do have a bit of a headache but that's about it and I was thinking all sorts but I suppose I best be careful what I wish for or towards the end of treatment I may have every side effect possible lol.

It's just scary isn't it I think I'm hoping with everything it will work but I'm also thinking what if it don't x

Hi, I was on 0.5 of buserelin for 16 days and am now on Menopur (a different FSH to the one you're on) and they have reduced my buserelin to 0.2 - no real side effects whatsoever for me at the moment although I've just started on metformin as I'm high risk for OHSS and apparently that comes with some fun side effects so just waiting for those to kick in!! Xx

I don't think il have the worry of ohss as I have low amh

I'm hoping these injections don't go on too long the gonal f is starting to hurt now

Just hope it's all worth it in the end

What are the metformin side effects? X
