hi sophia was just thinking about how you were getting on today its weird that you popped up😊 i made payment in august and started treatment on my next cycle, we paid £3900 in total at the paper signing appointment which was £325 for the 1st batch of drugs and the rest was for ICSI, prices usually go up slightly annually so could be slightly more now, further payments are made in time when u reach the next steps x
Hi, I'm good thanks for remembering me 🙂 I went on clomid for six months no luck so Ivf will be the next plan.
Will be signing paperwork on the 31st. How many payments did you make in total.
Anyway how are you getting on? x
Soz for the late reply and Sorry to hear the clomid never worked, we made quite a few more payments after the first for example more drugs, to freeze embryos then more drugs again when we did our FET, you get invoices for most of it though so had time to get payments together. Im doing ok ive got 2 weeks left now...set to be induced on my due date as with ivf pregnancys being high risk they dnt normally want you going over x
Hi sophia88. Good to hear that everything seems to be progressing for you. Often a first appointment with the nurse involves further blood tests being carried out to check for HIV, Hepatitis, and chlamydia. Probably check out your hormones again including AMH. A further semen analysis ordered if any problems with the last one. A chat about giving yourself injections, plus when these will start. Then there will be some legal paperwork to fill in, which you may have to take away for GP to sign. You might be invited to an open evening to learn all about the process from start to finish, although this is not always offered. An internal scan of your ovaries may be done too to check for any cysts on your ovaries. Arrangements may also be made for you to have a laparoscopy or an HSG (hysterosalpingogram) to check your tubes if required. Can’t think of anything else, but wanted to say good luck with it all, and hope all goes OK. Diane
Thank you for getting touch x
