Hi ladies, (im sure this question has been asked and answered lots) but i was just wondering how it felt during/after you had your ET? Was it painful or anything? Ive been told to bring my dressing gown and slippers again so im Just a little apprehensive...

In my ET I didn't feel a thing & loved watching it on the monitor. I was almost on a high as how many people get to see their future baby like that. Relax & enjoy x

Thanks hun, i decided to take next week off work. The clinic didnt really say anything about diet though just to take it easy, relax and nothing too strenuos... And take senokot because of the pessaries 😖 Were you told anything regarding diet? Xxx
