You can feel a little uncomfy as they have been poking about, drink lots of water and get some rest. How did you get on? xx

Hi Aimaim77. Yes, it is pefectly normal to feel like that. Just make sure you drink plenty of water and have a resort when you can. If you get any discomfort you can safely take paracetamol. Hope you soon feel OK and hope all goes well with fertilisation. Diane

I felt hugely bloated and painfully so in my tummy. Drink lots of water, and rest. This was the most uncomfortable part of the process for me. I also drank dandelion tea as it helps with bloating and getting rid of excess water. I was quite concerned with the bloating but was reassured it was normal. Hope you feel better!
