I gave in again this morning after promising myself I wouldn't and tested. Tomorrow would be 2wks from trigger so it's a day early than advised by my clinic. Could this be true??

The clinic told me to test 2wks from trigger which would be tomorrow, Friday would be 2wks from iui so I really hope this isn't a dream xx

Sounds pretty real to me!! If it's positive today and tomorrow is otd, then there's not much difference between today and tomorrow :). Enjoy it, and take it easy xx

I've done these ones knowing it's been to early and got bfn so I can't see that it's a BFP all of a sudden. Clinic wasn't happy I tested early :/

The clinic staff should walk in your shoes for a day and think how it might feel to be so close to having your whole future change and that of your family! God that makes me mad! I don't tell them anything x

I know exactly what I was thinking. I just didn't know what to do and was hoping they would have asked me in for a blood test to confirm it. Can't get an app with my doc for a blood test till the 6th of May x

Oh no! My clinic does the blood test 14 days after. They'll be concerned it's a false positive. I would test in a weeks time but consider yourself pregnant in the meantime. Keep going this is a positive sign x

I guess the 6th of May will be roughly 14 days. I just assumed they would do blood tests sooner so that will be my mistake. I'll have to be positive that I am pregnant until then x

We didn't get a blood test either just had to do another test in a weeks time. Looks very good though!

Silly me I just assumed they would do a blood test, I will test again tomorrow morning and again next week to be sure before my app x

Congrats brace woman using clear blue....but that a great sign. Try to real ax and enjoy.  Have you thought of getting a private blood test done I did.... Depends on where you are based though I guess mine was done in London and got same day results.  Not sure why you need an appointment for bloods at the doctor, I just called mine and said I need a beta test as just fad IVF and am pregnant....he wrote me the blood form and off I went to the Hosp to get more bloods drawn and they sent results through to doctor.

I'm going to ring me doctors today and hopefully they will do that for me. Done another test this morning and got a BFP so looking good. Would be nice to have it properly confirmed tho. How far on where you when you had your blood test?

I am 6w today going for a scan not sure what we are going to see but....

My bloods were done in OTD 6.4= 87

Then a few days later @ 687

Then a week later @ 3037

Not that it means anything to me am symptom free so very panicked and worried.

Scan is in a few hours x

Aww that's brilliant how was your scan? Everything ok? My doctors said I didn't need a blood test to just take folic acid, due to go to the fertility clinic on Monday tho so I'm sure they will do 1. x

I was told the trigger hormone stays in your body for 9 days so within that time could be false positive but after that genuine baby hormone x

Hi angelpie12 , I was told the same and although I did test early it was day 12 and got a positive yesterday and today again def looking good but I'm still not convinced, I guess that's normal after going through this whole fertility process x
