Folic acid on its own or within the pregacare vitamin?

Hi, what do you think is best - folic acid on its own or within a pregacare vitamin?

I was taking folic acid 400mg tablet for a few months , and then the past month I've been taking pregacare they has the same in it, which is fine but just wondered what you all think was best ?

I think as both are the same strength, you could just take the pregnacare.

Hello. Pregnacare are the best ones to take as they are to use through all of pregnancy to. You also get the benefit of other vitamins. Xx

Unless you need a higher dose just stick with pregnacare, no point in doubling up on the same dose x
