Hi Ladies, is is say enough to have reflexology during IVF?

I would say it is safe as would any sort of massage etc. I am currently undergoing IVF and have had weekly acupuncture which is based on similar principles and I'm certain I'm in a better position than I was with my first IVF cycle. If it helps you to relax that can only be a good thing. Good luck :)

Hi gillybean78. I do believe that reflexology can help with the stress around having IVF and help you to relax. Always make sure that the person you see is trained in infertility issues. Also, mention it to your consultant, as he/she may want you to stop during actual IVF treatment. Good luck and hope it helps. Diane
