Really worried
I've just had my egg collection and they just said about the water.
They said three litres a day which is a lot!
All the very best of luck to you.
I had my ec Tuesday too & I had the embryo transfer this afternoon. Although my ovaries were swollen they said it was ok to go ahead....I have been resting as much as possible & trying to drink 3 litres of water each day - it makes me feel even more swollen with all that fluid but helps in the long run. Good luck & let us know how you get on x
They didn't check my blood but did an ultrasound scan on my tummy to check size of ovaries before doing transfer. They did warn me beforehand that if ovaries too swollen they would have to delay. Luckily it was ok to go ahead, I have felt quite sore & swollen the last couple nights but it is getting better. They got 16 eggs at ec (only 6 fertilised though) so they warned me on Tuesday about risk of Ohss. Now feet up for the weekend & hope my little embryos stick! x
It's not painful at all, a little uncomfortable because I had to have a full bladder and they press on it for the scan! But really nothing to worry about. I got up straight after. x
