I'm currently 4dp5dt and starting to struggle already with negative feelings. I've not been having any symptoms, I just feel normal. When I went in for my transfer last week, they said the embryo was at the stage of 'cavitation' and not quite reached blastocyst. Apparently, this reduces the chances of having a BFP? Can anyone shed any light on what this means please? Thanks

Hi I can’t help with knowing if being at cavitation reduces chances of BFP but we had our FET on 29th November and I didn’t have any symptoms that others were talking about. I suffered a few days at the beginning with headaches/migraine but they eased after a few days. I did get slight stomach cramp type pains in Sunday and Monday but that was it. I know it’s easier said than done. I have everything crossed for you xxx
Thank you so much! How have you been feeling? Xx
Just really tired. I didn’t do anything yesterday and don’t have much planned for the rest of the week! I’m just going to take it easy for the next few weeks. The clinic have booked us in for a scan on New Year’s Eve xx
Yeah, just take it easy until you know everything is fine. New Year's Eve? Wow, what a great start to the New Year that'll be! 🤞🤞 xx
I know! Can’t wait just hope the days don’t drag haha!! Hope you’re ok xx
Hi Lindt83, I am 6dp5dt today and feeling negative too. I had a 4AA blastocyst in the freezer but unfortunately on the day of transfer the embryologist told me that it was contracted and had not expanded back yet and said that it effects how likely it is to implant. Although that sounds different from what you've described I thought I'd let you know that you are not alone with the negative feelings. The embryologist even checked whether I still wanted to go ahead! So I'm sure my changes must be slim. It's really rubbish and I wished I'd asked lots more questions now. I did a quick search for you about blastocyst cavitation but couldn't find anything I could understand! I hope you get some answers soon and I think the fact they went ahead with our transfers is a glimmer of hope 🤞🤞🤞
Thank you for your response Keepingfaith85. It's very sweet of you to search for me online but it wasn't very clear to me either so that's why I thought I'd post on here. That's what I keep telling myself, there must be a chance that's why they went ahead with the transfer but it's really hard to always convince yourself of that when you're not feeling any symptoms! I'll be thinking of you and I hope you get your positive test on OTD 🤞🤞 xx Stay positive and strong 💪xx
