Hi all I'm 12 weeks after Ivf and have scan this week and worried something wrong as had a few pain not too painful in the top of tummy under boobs don't no if it's just the Wight from boobs anyone heard of this before x

I haven't heard of this but I had all sorts of pains and aches and I worried about every little twinge and every scan I had ( had quite a lot every two weeks as had twins on board) try not to painic chick xxxx

Im 10 weeks tmrw and Ive been getting weird pains the midwife said its all normal she said not to worry but its easier said than done Ive got my scan in 2 weeks xx

Hi Bodysarah. It sounds to me if it just deferred pain, as the top of your womb is just pushing out of your pelvis - probably coupled with the weight of your boobs if they are large. I'm sure all is well and that you will be reassured by your scan. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy. Diane

I am now 19 weeks and still get the odd twinge and pain in my ovaries! I think it's made worse by all the drugs we take and your body stretching and growing. Oh the emotional roller coaster we have already been on. I found the wait between OTD and 12 week scan the most stressful part of the whole IVF process (I did have 2 bleeds though)! I just couldn't believe it had happened and was so scared that we would lose the baby. I'm slightly more relaxed now, especially now I can feel movements!!! I'm sure everything will be absolutely fine. Congratulations xxxxxx
