Hi, thanks so much for your support and kind messages but just got the call from the clinic and my test was negative so BFN for our first cycle 😭

Hunni I'm so sorry to hear this take it a day at time. 😢Don't rush into anything till you feel ready. IVF can be such a lottery and remember it's nothing you done wrong 😊 Maybe your clinic can do something differently that can promote a more successful outcome 👍 Remember to write down any questions you have for your consultant for your follow up appointment its so easy to forget things when having an appointment I know I have done before and thought damn why didn't I ask ...? Good luck and I hope your next IVF is successful 💗 x x x

Thanks everyone, your words and support mean a lot as I know you can truly appreciate where I'm coming from and the journey I've been through. Sometimes family and friends can't appreciate it. I'm very realistic and knew it was a long shot working first time it's still upsetting to think it didn't work after all that.

Like some of you said we can use cycle 1 as a learning curve and hopefully get better results next time.

Keep positive everyone and I hope to see a lot of BFP's from you all soon xxx

Sorry to hear your outcome wasn't a positive this time we also had a negative yesterday so I feel your pain. I had a few glasses of wine! We've booked to chat to the consultant about what can be done differently next time and booked into another clinic to get another opinion. Just making appointments has made me feel better. Wishing you the best of luck on your next try xxx

Oh sorry for your BFN too, I know what you mean. I find anything where you can get a bit of control in this situation makes me feel better. We still have 2 NHS cycles so just need to wait for an appointment letter and see what we can do differently next time. Best of luck xx
