Hi.

Thanks to everyone who replied to my post yesterday, so encouraging comments.

Anyone been successful with Natural Cycle/Mild Stimulation IVF ? I`ve read the sucess rates are good for older Women with high FSH, it maybe the next step if Clomid fails?

Thanks

Hi webchick. I do hear of more successes with natural/mild ICF cycles. Providing you are still ovulating, and your hormone levels are within normal limits, it could be a good idea to go with the one egg produced rather than stimulating you to produce more that could possibly not be as good a quality. Obviously there is no definite answer to what to try, but your consultant will know you best and how you are responding to your current treatment. Stimulating anyone’s ovaries can be a hit and miss thing, as we can’t tell what quality the eggs will be until they are collected. I do wish you well with whatever you do decide – and of course for success. Diane
