Hi Olivia, good luck this time. I am on NHS funding, and did ask them about endo scratch after having read in this forum, but they said they don't offer in NHS. I read about screening for vitamin D level, thyroid function and karyotyping test as well. My GP did blood sugar level, and vitamin D screening on my request. A letter from GP says that blood sugar level is OK but vitamin D is below 25 which needs supplements but I am starting busserlin nasal spray from tomorrow, so according to my situation I defer the supplement for just now. Rather I decided to take boiled egg and low fat yogurt to naturally supplement vitamin D. I don't know whether this decision is good or not xx.

For other tests like thyroid function and karyotyping, nurse asked Me to bring questions on the day of screening so that she could assist me through doctor's consultation on that day. So I put these questions about glue and rest of tests on 20 days after, the day of baseline scanning. I also read in this forum about PICSI for improved pick up of quality sperms in a fluid, for improved embryo quality. Again I am keeping it for my questions list, as I have there embryos for FET, so I guess this PICSI, if allowed on NHS funding, would be relevant at appropriate time is needed.

This is all I gathered for myself, hope may be of any help to you as well. Xx

I wish all the happiness of the world for you xx love.

Hello Oliva1980! I asked about this at our appointment today and our NHS hospital now use embryo glue as standard so (provided we get as far as transfer), we'll be giving it a go. I think for the NHS to invest in it they must feel it makes a real difference. Best of luck x

I had an ES, paid extra for it as it wasn't included in my IVF package and got pregnant on my first IVF cycle. I've also been on Vit D and Thyroxine supplements for over 2 years on the TTC journey. I hope this cycle is the one for you xxx
