Starting treatment

Hi Little3535, what drugs are you going to be on? I've been on Buserelin and Menopur and the Buserelin gave me cramps, headaches and I had trouble concentrating at work but once I started the Menopur these symptoms eased a great deal and I was only left with the headache. It's really not that bad
Good luck with your treatment xx
I had gonal f and menopur to encourage follicle growth and then Cetratide to stop the eggs from releasing early. I had no side effects from these, other than being a bit moody and stressed out- but nothing compared to Clomid. My trigger shot was ovitrelle. After EC I took cyclogest pessaries and after transfer I also took Gestone progesterone injections and Clexane blood thinning injections. The Clexane injections are the worst ones as they cause bruising and they do sting- but they're really not that bad.
Hi Little3535,
I did the short protocol (taking Gonal F & Cetrotide) and apart from a few niggley head aches at the beginning and a little bloating at the end I didn't suffer from any side effects. The important thing is to keep your fluids up
Good luck, hope everything goes well. I'm in the second week of my 2ww....eeek! xx

Oh wow thank you xx extra good luck huni xx
