Has anyone got a food plan they stick to after ET. I'm having nuts, seeds, fish but I haven't had tuna as I've heard of mixed reviews, can we eat it? I'm drinking coconut water and warm water everyday..
The worst thing is I've given up chocolate for lent which is still a good few days away but I really want Maltesers rabbit choc yum yum.... shall I just give in????
Getting bored of food and have an excited feeling in my throat throughout the day it's sounds weird but it's a strange feeling x
Hi kellkell i personally have drank 2 glasses of milk , a day 3 walnuts and 3 brazil nuts , i eat a small hand full of pumpkin and sunflower seeds every day with yoghurt , I take a pregnacare vitamin daily , with fish you should only eat oily fish 2 times a week so i have mackerel and sardines , you can have tuna twice a week and as much white fish and chicken and other meats cooked well as full of protein. I've also cut alot of my carbs out still have them but not as much and i drink about 3 litres of water a day and have cups of just boiled warm water I've also cut caffine out (except in chocolate 🙊) this is just stuff ive gathered and just trying to rotate it in my diet - you should eat as if your pregnant they told me so thats why there is a limit on tuna and oily fish but you can eat tuna but only 2 tins a week and ensure your meats wellcooked also avoid raw fish sushi ect i am a chocolate lover and i have been eating it lol wish you all the best baby dust xx
I don't have a plan as such but I am trying to stick to good foods, so like you I am having porridge for breakfast, and then homemade soup for lunch, and then dinner which I have a huge avocado salad with every night (apparently avocado is amazing for this time!) and for afters I am having fruit and walnuts (not together)! I am however allowing myself treats so if I fancy chocolate then I will have some! I am really enjoying it! I have had tuna but only a very small amount.
