Hiya! It is good to chat and support others who are experiencing the same difficulties as yourself. Even half an hour of sharing can mean such a lot to people feeling unsure and isolated. Come along to the Ayrshire Support Group on Wednesday evening from 7pm at the Lister Centre Crosshouse hospital, Kilmarnock for a chat and a cuppa.
