Please don't get yourself stressed it's honestly not that bad. Just think of the reward at the end xx

Hi! Don't think of it as scary think of it as an exciting time!! I'm 23 and all of my friends have had no problems having their babies so it is hard but aslong as you have an understanding partner you will be fine. Try not to stress about it to much although it is easier said than done xx

In terms of ivf I have never been through it personally myself,I know a few ladies on this site have been through it and can probably give u some practical advice. I'm going to see our consultant next month for our ivf referral (we don't get nhs funding so having to go privately) so I have an idea of how u must be feeling it is nerve wrecking. I feel it is better than trying and getting no where at least u can have some hope. For women under 35 the success rate is 50% very good chance of it working. It is hard talking to friends and family bless them they do try,but unless u have been through it is very difficult to imagine what is like. Never feel alone, always here if you wanna chat. Best of luck with it all Jess X x x

Hi Jill I just had my first attempt in April and didn't achieve a positive this time although it is heart breaking you do and will recover. You've got age on your side and you're right no one else does understand unless they're in your position which we all are! Stay positive and keep in contact this site for me has been a life line. Good luck.

Don't worry. I had ivf when I was 23 just turned 24 a few weeks ago and I'm now 7 weeks preg. Age is on your side. Try not to worry it will all fit into place when the time is right. Best advice I can give is stay positive and try and keep busy. Best of luck for July!xx

Hi, I have just joined this forum.

I too should be having my frozen embryo transfers in July. I had egg collection yesterday but they had to be frozen as I overstimulated.

I haven't told any friends or family as they are not the most understanding of people.

I too was worried before I started but it was all fine, the only problem I had I've mentioned above.

Anything you would like to know, just ask.
