Hi mai5ie thank-you for remembering it was so nice of you. Well it started off okay but then it was a nightmare the car park finding the actual uni it was absolutely horrific, managed to lose the other half but then he managed to catch up such a relief. How he found it I'll never know I left him parking car. Anyway after all the drama eventually One good thing they didn't cancel or reschedule my appointment which was great! very very lovely lots of forms to fill out me and my partner I has you may know, got my next appointment next week so fast managed to get a cancellation so wasn't all bad in the end. Keeping my fingers crossed for you for tomorrow please please let me know I'll be thinking of you! Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

You brought back memories of trying to find liverpool womens hospital! My husband insisted on a dummy run the night before, glad we did or would never have found it! But on the next 3 trips the sat nav sent us different ways, talk about arguing, it's funny now but at the time I was ready to kill him! Ha ha! Now you have started the journey it goes pretty quick. The part that hurt most was the egg collection, I found I was sore for 2 days, should have booked time off work! But I enjoyed the collection its self, im wierd, that stuff they give you is great! Apparently I was chatting away, dont remember a thing! Thank you for your good wishes for tomoz, will let you know! take care x

I was so happy yesterday at work, then this morning had a brow discharge again, cramps and feel like my period is coming! Ive had this discharge on and off for a week now! Got in from work and cant stop crying! Rang clinic and they said when it stops leave it 7 days then test again! Omg cant stand the pressure! I will keep you posted x

Hi Belle

I think you must have had the assessment now, have you? Anyway, just to say I think the most important questions are the most basic ones -- what are the chances for you getting pregant (in relation to your age), what are the risks, what other medication/supplements do you need? I had acupuncture recommended -- it's been a great help to my general health which can't do the fertility any harm... :)

Thanks for your advice! Yea it was long winded and a real nightmare to get to. I have a cancellation appointment next week for the actual talk and advice on whether start every think! Normally I would have to wait two months but I've got cancellation so happy. I would love to have acupuncture I will ask. Thanks again x

Hiya,

Glad everything went well.. Parking is a joke isn't it.. We have our appointment next week on the 15th, but I know they will ask me to come back in another 3 months as I'm still not at my target weight.. But I'm glad you have been and you found them as lovely as I did.. By the sounds of it you don't have to wait which is excellent for you.. Good luck for next week x

Thank you for your reply. Yes very stressful but got there in the end. Bonus cancelation opointment for nest wee I think normally would need to wait lot longer so after ta real crap day it was not all bad in the end. Keep at it you will get to your target very soon. Good luck

Xx

Hiya,

Yes normally depending on your consultant there's a while I know ours is a three months waiting list.. But right now at least it's giving me time to loose weight however when we do start I don't think that I will particularly like a 3 month wait!

anyway good luck with next week and keep us posted xx

Hi Belle, unfortunately the bleeding got heavier so I know the dredded period has arrived. I tried all day at work yesterday to get in touch with the clinic for some advise but couldn't get through, so just had a good cry instead! Rang this morning and they were really nice. I was advised to take another test on Wednesday and then ring them with result. Even though I know its over, the lady said women quite often bleed heavily and can still be pregnant! So I felt a little happier, I'm going to eat loads of chocolate tonight and watch some trashy t.v. Take care xx

Oh I feel I could cry for you. You are so brave and I admire you so much for going to work. You never really know how much strength you really have until you're tested. My thoughts are with you. I feel bad asking you to keep me posted but if you can and it helps I'm always here for you. Belle xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
