Is it ok to go abroard if your 5-6weeks pregnant we have a holiday booked for July

I'm off on holiday this weekend and I'll be 6 weeks then. The nurse at the clinic didn't say I shouldn't go but said it would be a nice break and to take out travel insurance. I'm having a private scan day before we fly put though just to make sure everything is ok and then I've not another scan booked on my return. 
Good luck with everything and enjoy your holiday, I'm still having treatment just wanted to think ahead xx
