Hi I had my transfer yesterday I don't know if to 100% bed rest or to do light activities. My husband says I should do light activities to have my blood circulating. Can someone plz advise on what I should do?
Transfer yesterday: Hi I had my... - Fertility Network UK
Transfer yesterday
After transfer I relaxed a home on the couch and my hubby sorted tea etc. I took the next day off work just relaxing felt really bloated.. went back to work the day after on light duties.the staff are really supportive and pick up my slack. still done the washing etc at home.. I think it depends on how you feel tho.. I would have gone off my head sat about at home whilst waiting to test. I found distracting being at work but I still got emotional now and again.. it cant be helped.. whens your test date.. fingers crossed for you x
I do my test on the 01/04/2014. Keep fingers crossed
Gud luck dear!!
Hi. I was advised to keep moving for the reason your husband says - keep the blood circulating. Obviously don't overdo it! I went to work and pretty much carried on as normal, just avoided heavy lifting, rushing around etc. good luck x
How you feeling.. did u go back to work or have u been resting?
I haven't gone to work took this week off. I feel really tired but try to be active.
I'm due for EC tomorrow and am just pottering around the house (have 2 weeks off work), I baked a cake yesterday! I intend to have the same approach after ET - regular light and gentle activities with some lying on the sofa inbetween.
It would be good if you do rest and do light duties, thats what I am doing at the moment as I am on the 2ww times...why to take chance. if we can afford to take rest den why not?
