First meeting with the consultant

My fiancé and I have our first consultation on Wednesday to discuss the possibility of us ubdergoing IVF. I am 44 and my fiancé is 43. What kind of questions should we be asking. I have my letter of referral and our tests.

I would be wanting to find out what treatment he recommends and why, costs, likelihood of success and information about fertility counselling so you have professional support. Good luck.

I found my 1st consultation was him asking us questions and making sure all tests were done.. the time i went he told we would be having icsi and were able to ask questions. then we went to a group ivf session where they explain ivf and you see the councilor etc..
