Hope everyone is as well as can be. I’m currently 9w5d my first pregnancy I was feeling ok but the anxiety has kicked in again now that my symptoms seems to improve. I never really had any sickness only nausea/ sore boobs/ on and off bloating/ very very gassy/ hunger pangs, in the evening during weeks 7, 8 and start of 9. But for the past 3 days the nausea seems to have disappeared, everything else is still there.. I’ve spoke to the clinic they don’t seem concerned but just to assure me they booked in for a scan on Thursday.

anyone else start to feel a bit better around week 10? Or when did your symptom start subsiding?

hello there! I feel you. I was so worried when around week 8 I started to feel completely normal. The little nausea I had was gone and I generally felt great. Long story short everything is fine and I’m currently 18 weeks. My understanding is that between week 8-10 placenta is developed and taking over hormones distribution so yourself feeling better and it’s completely normal.

Hope everything continues well for you! Good luck xx

wow so weird reading your post, it’s like you’re in my head 😂 I’m just under 10 weeks and in the past couple days have been thinking my nausea seems to be less noticeable. Like you, I haven’t been sick and actually haven’t even had sore boobs.. just the nausea/gassy-ness so it’s a bit alarming when even that goes! My next scan is this Friday - let us know how yours goes on Thursday!

Reassuring to read experiences like Lelllow’s, I’m sure it’s very normal! Just got to sit tight 😬 x

Hey it looks like it is normal… I had to push my scan forward as I experienced light bleeding this morning which again freaked me out. Scan went well and we took lots of pictures and videos as it was wiggling a lot ☺️ . I hope Friday goes well do let us know how it goes and honestly don’t worry too much about symptoms, it will come and go or even get better around this time xx

I’m the same I’m hopefully 9 weeks 3 days and been feeling ok past week but before that was very nauseous and fatigued. I think I might try get another scan too!

I’ve realised symptoms can come and go or even improve slightly. I had 5 days of no nausea and all of a sudden it returned last night, I had to get the ginger tea back out, and now all gone. I’m sitting here eating Nando’s 😆 . Getting a scan definitely will give you some reassurance. I had a small bleed so pushed for a scan, but all was well. Hope all goes well xx
