IVF and IUGR

Hi!

Did anyone get diagnosed with severe IUGR (baby measuring less than 1% throughout pregnancy) or IUGR following a FET? I’m 27 weeks pregnant and baby is measuring very small, but all organs, face etc. look fine. My umbilical artery (PI) is in the 80s-90s and I have low Papp-a (0.38), so may be placental.

I’m also 5’1 and my partner is 5’5 and our family, apart from his two brothers are around the same height. Not sure if that makes a difference?

Would love to hear some stories of success and reassurance. It has been a tough pregnancy.

TIA!

Hi I don't think height makes a difference. I'm 4'10" and my baby was measuring over 70th percentile and there's a margin of error either way.

That's being said my first-born was stillborn due to placenta issue

You can message me if you would like further info.

I've just had a baby 6 weeks ago from my frozen transfer (all 4 fresh transfers failed).

Hope you have people around you for support Your clinic will be keeping a close eye on how the baby is growing - reassuring that the scan shows organs, face are looking good Might be an idea to discuss your concerns with your midwife Be sure to take care of yourself - eat a healthy balanced diet and continue with any meds you have been given as directed
