clear watery fluid at 13 weeks - nervous!

hi ladies,

I’m 13 weeks pregnant and the past few days my discharge has changed from milky to clear and watery.

It’s worst when I get up in the morning as it’s like it’s ‘pooled’ and then comes out when I stand up. Doesn’t happen in a gush again throughout the day.

I’ve read such conflicting things about whether it’s amniotic fluid or totally normal. Please can you help?

I am with the midwife tomorrow for a scan so of course I’ll be pushing for answers but just wanted to know if anyone experienced this too and all was ok?

Thanks.

Hope every thing is OK at your appointment yesterday - watery discharge can be due to changes in hormone levels while pregnant

I didn't experience this but I couldn't just pass by your post and not say anything. Hope all goes well during the scan. Sending lots of positivity. x
