Congratulations on your BFP!

I'm 11+4 and have had some bad bouts of bloating... things I've noticed helped to get the guts moving (sadly nothing groundbreaking!) are;

- light exercise

- eat in small portions

- fibre & hydration

Damn you hormones 😵 Some days are worse than others. Hope you find ways to manage xx

As 1st post says it is all down to hormones and hopefully it will settle soon but it may return later in your pregnancy But then you will know what to do - drink plenty of fluids - roughage in diet and light exercise For more info take a look at nhs.uk Pregnancy week -by- week

Congratulations and look after yourself

Make sure to drink enough water to flush out extra sodium and ease water retention. Cut down on salty foods, go for small, regular meals, and consider adding probiotics to your routine for a healthier gut and less bloating. Congratulations on your BFP. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy. xx
