scan tomorrow

not sure what I am looking for really. I’ve got my 12 week scan tomorrow and I am absolutely terrified 🤦‍♀️ I’m usually such a chilled person but im just so scared of being back at the start with nothing. I just don’t think I can do it all again. I know im lucky to be at this stage but my goodness it does not get easier xxx

Hi Boo718, I really understand how you feel and everything is so stressful! My NHS hospital was experiencing issues with the booking system. I had a private 12 week scan at 11+5 and a few hours before the scan I got a text from the NHS saying that they had finally booked me in for the 12 week scan at 12+4. All was good at the 11+5 scan and the doctor was really reassuring, but despite this I was still scared at the 12+4…. Sending you love and calmness

Hi Boo what you are feeling is completely natural after the journey you've had to get to this point so don't be hard on yourself. When you see your little one on the screen tomorrow hopefully that anxiety will disappear. Sending you calm vibes. Good luck tomorrow x

I’m 10w5 with my scan in a week and a half and I’m bricking it too! So I just wanted to say best of luck and will think of you!

I have read so many pre 12 week scan posts on here - including mine! There is nothing like the stress of before this scan....Hang in there....you will feel such relief after!
