I am 18 weeks pregnant and as of the end of last week I started feeling a lot of pressure on my bladder to the point that sometimes I even struggled to walk. I could only walk very slowly and constantly had a feeling that there was a lot of pressure, as if i needed a toilet and as if the baby was so low that it was about to come out. Did anyone have a similar experiance? How did you deal with it?

Hi hun, congrats on the pregnancy first of all. I do remember when I was around that time and few weeks after that the bladder pressure was quite big. Even have to admit I had some leakage when sneezing and got really worried this would become only worse later on. Did do my pelvic floor exercises but I think generally I didn’t show much and even now at 28 weeks most don’t belief I am starting my 3rd trimester as bump is relatively small. I think in the beginning she was growing inwards as I called it and added lots of bladder pressure. Did actually got better now I am a bit further along and bump is coming out more. Also no more leakage but could be pelvic floor exercises. Didn’t have trouble walking though so if in doubt speak to your midwife or check in with a woman's health physio as they can help with pelvic floor stuff which can be so important and not everyone is doing them right so good to check… hope it will ease for you!
I got pelvic pain into my second trimester… and I went on holiday when 6 months and definitely peed myself out and about… I found this happened far more in the second trimester (both the pain and the urinating) than in the 3rd. Odd but there you go
