Missed Cyclogest....

i am 6 weeks pregnant and went to work without taking my cyclogest in the morning -I am on twice per day 400mg...

worried this is really bad -going to try to go home early at lunch to take it....

what does everyone think?

I take both of mine on an evening together, could you just take it this evening with your second one? I’m assuming you’re on 2 a day? X

It will be fine, don’t stress just take your normal dose this evening. There isn’t actually a lot of evidence for supplemental progesterone by this stage, your body will be doing what it needs to sustain the pregnancy. If you’re really worried call your clinic but there are clinics that stop all progesterone as soon as there is a positive test so I really think you’ll be ok. I stopped all my progesterone after my 7 week scan with my first pregnancy with no issues.

Thanks so much for this reassurance. I didnt take progesterone during my first pregnancy at all - just struggling to remember to take it! X
