Pregnant after 2 miscarriages

Hello, I had 2 miscarriages last year and I'm now 4 weeks pregnant. Does anyone have any experience of getting progestogen from their doctor as I understand this can help stop miscarriage from happening.

I had some left over from my ivf earlier this year I got in contact with my clinic and they advised to take it and prescribed me more, so get in touch with your clinic if you have used once recently or GP (although my GP is definitely is more of a wait and see and might be harder to convince). Best of luck to you x

Hi Ally. I do hear of more ladies who have experienced even one early miscarriage being prescribed progesterone, so perhaps it is the way to go as more successes seem to happen with it. I do hope your little one continues as he/she should and doesn't give you any cause for concern. Diane
