Half way there

Hey everyone 👋

It's been a while since I've came on here so thought I'd update you all

I'm now 21+3 weeks pregnant with a little girl! So just a little over half way

I had my 20 week scan and everything was perfect which was a relief as my anxiety was through the roof!

She's measuring on the 88th centile so looks like she's going to be a big girl!

I have a anterior placenta and finally started to feel little kicks this week. It's the most beautiful feeling and nothing like I ever imagined!

Hope all is well with everyone ❤️

Congratulations! It is lovely beginning to feel kicks, isn’t it. I’m 25 weeks tomorrow and have only really started feeling kicks in the last fortnight, as my placenta is apparently very stretched out right across the front of my belly like a cushion so I’m only feeling most movement to the sides. Yesterday while I was working I actually saw the bump move for the first time with the kicks and it was like “oh hello, little person!”. X

It really is! My placenta is at the front but high up so I feel her when I lay on my sides. Sometimes I have to lay there waiting for about an hour and I'll feel little kick. Aww I can't wait until I see my bump move! Sounds so amazing xx

Congratulations 💖 Such a relief at this point.

Great news! 😄 I am just 2 days behind you and think I am starting to feel movement also but still not sure… was that a kick? 😍

in reply toBozo_the_pumpkin

Aww it probably is! I have to lay down on my side for about an hour and then I'll feel little kicks, I can't wait to start feeling them while I'm moving around 🥰

Yes same here… movement when quietly lying down for a long while. It’s sooo exciting!
