Weight gain after miscarriage … anyone else?

Following a miscarriage at the end of January I have struggled to lose any of the pregnancy weight gained.

I immediately returned to my pre pregnancy diet and I’m relatively active. Walking my dog 3x a week and attending a boot camp once a week.

All my life I’ve been around 9 stone and I weighed myself this week knowing I’d be heavier but I’m over 10 stone. The weight seems to sit round my tummy and thighs.

I wonder why it’s not shifting? Could it be to do with hormones? Or because I have an under active thyroid?

Has anyone else struggled to lose weight after mc?
