implantation

Hi I had my embryo transfer on the 15th April, I’ve been really positive saying to myself it’s worked.

Today I’ve woken up an for some reason i don’t think it has anymore. Don’t know if it’s coz im reading into little things like my body doesn’t feel any different, I’ve not had any implantation bleeding, just stuff like that,.

Just wondering if anyone has not had implantation bleeding but gone on to have a positive. I can’t test till 26th an it’s killing me xx
